Hive hosting is a service where individuals or organizations sponsor or host a beehive on their property or support a hive managed by a beekeeper. This service helps to save the bees and support local agriculture by providing additional habitats for bees to thrive. Here’s how it typically works:
Sponsorship or Hosting: Individuals or businesses can sponsor a hive or host one on their property. Hosting may involve having the hive physically placed on their property, whereas sponsoring supports a hive managed by a beekeeper elsewhere.
Bee Care and Management: The beekeeper is responsible for the care and management of the hive. This includes regular check-ups, ensuring the bees are healthy, and managing the hive’s production.
Honey and Products: In return for hosting or sponsoring a hive, hosts usually receive a portion of the honey and other bee products produced by their hive. This can include honey, beeswax, propolis, and more.
Education and Awareness: Hive hosting programs often include educational components, teaching participants about the importance of bees, how beekeeping works, and ways to support bee populations.
Environmental Impact: By participating in a hive hosting program, hosts contribute to the health and sustainability of local bee populations, which are crucial for pollination and the environment.
Supporting Bee Populations: Hive hosting directly contributes to increasing and maintaining bee populations, which are vital for pollinating many crops and plants.
Personal Supply of Honey: Hosts receive fresh, locally-produced honey and other bee products.
Educational Opportunities: Participants learn about beekeeping, bee biology, and environmental stewardship.
Positive Environmental Impact: Supporting bees helps promote biodiversity and healthy ecosystems.
Community Engagement: Hive hosting fosters a sense of community and involvement in environmental conservation efforts.

SAVE THE BEES
HOME GROWN HONEY, and the business concept or trade I have invented I have called Micro Beekeeping:
I bring beehives to the backyards of my clients, where I service the hives at regular intervals, to provide my clients with the raw products of their hive at the end of the season, including their own bottled honey with their own custom designed honey label.
- The main emphasis of the business is beekeeping education, so I offer my clients everything listed above, as well as teaching them the entire art of beekeeping (if they desire) as the season progresses.
Clients get 100% of their own honey, bees wax, propolis, pollen, and the passing on of a sustainable trade that connects them to the old and deep wisdom's of the past that I believe make us human, and that we have lost in our modern and westernized world, and in return, I am paid for my services.
